Ingredients:1. Fresh tortellini pasta
2. 250ml of 'panna' (cooking cream)
3. Proscuitto
How to:1. Cut the proscuitto into small squares.
2. Using a small saucepan heat the panna on a low temperature.
3. Add the proscuitto into the panna.
4. Cook the tortellini in a pot of boiling, salted water.
5. Once cooked, drain the pasta and add to panna and procuitto.
6. Serve and eat!
